Prostate gland
An
exocrine gland that fibromuscular, inverted pyramid-shaped (peak next
to caudal), the length of 3 cm and located between urinary gallbladder
Collum (cranial side) and diaphragm urogenitale in the caudal.
Ejaculatory duct is formed through the upper posterior surface of the prostate and empties into the urethra pars prostatica.
Consisting of four lobes: anterior (isthmus), medial, posterior, lateral.
Functions: the production of white watery liquid containing citric acid and phosphoric acid
Gland BULBOURETHRALIS
Are two small glands located under the m. sphincter urethrae.
Through the discharge channel diaphragmatis urogenital fascia inferior to empties into the urethra pars cavernosa.
Gland secretion is poured directly into the urethra as a result of stimulation (stimulation) erotic.
PENIS
Consisting of radix, corpus and glans penis.
Radix
penis composed three masses of erectile tissue called the bulbus penis
(in the middle) with both crura penis in sampin left and right.
Corpus penis: it is located distal part of the bulbus and hung on symphisis pubis by the lig. supensorium penis.
The glans penis: a corpus distal urethra meatus externa TDP.
Caudal folds of the meatus are called the frenulum. Layer of skin covering the glans on the dorsal surface called the prepuce, and penis attached Collum.
Edge base glans is called the corona.
MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM
Parts makers sperm: the testicular spermatozoa form.
Parts suppliers spermatozoa: epididymis, vas deferens.
Accessories Glands: seminal gallbladder, prostate, bulbourethra.
Ejaculatory ducts
Outer tools: penis and scrotum
Epididymis
Located next to the dorsal testis (palpable).
Is made up of caput, corpus, and cauda were heading down.
Medial epididymis contained similar buildings rope length is funiculus spermaticus (in which there is ductus deferens).
Seminal vesicles
Consisting
of two bag (bubble) consisting of-baga baga (lobe) on the right and
left, length of approximately 5 cm and located behind the dorsal surface
of the urinary gallbladder.
On the medial side of the ductus deferens contained and there is next to dorsal rectum.
To
the caudal direction, the bubbles shrink seminal vesicles and ductus
deferens join the same side to form the ejaculatory duct.
Bladder (vesika urinaria)
Located behind the os pubis.
VU empty having pyramid-shaped peak (apex), dorsal surface (as a base), the superior wall and two walls lateroinferior.
If
VU is fully charged, the upper surface will protrude into the abdominal
cavity, and ovoid-shaped (like eggs), mucous membranes no longer shaped
folds.
In the corner there is a superior ureter, the inferior angle there orificium Internum urethra.
PROCESS urination
A reflex process governed by reflex centers in the brain.
Stimulation (impulses) resulting from VU wall teregangnya delivered by the sensory neurons of visceral afferents through n. splanchnicus entering the sacral spinal cord segments 2,3, and 4.
Nerve stimulation causes smooth muscles to contract VU, m. vesicae sphincter relaxes. Efferent neurons of the sympathetic took a stroll through the urethra sphincter pudendus heading.
Control of micturition children from age 3-4 years.
